Appearance: Austen is an older man with gray, well-kept hair. He takes his image very seriously and is rarely seen without his signature black suit. This man is slightly on the heavier side with a wrinkled face which makes him look older than he is; the years have not been kind to him and it shows on his face and almost constant scrowling expression.
 

Equipment: Austen only carries a single Walther p5. Otherwise, he trusts his bodyguards to keep him and his wife safe.
 

Personality: Serious and easily agitated are the best words to describe the city executive of Traya. He is a man who worries for his city constantly and does his best to keep as many people as possible safe and happy; this is not to say that he is not willing to make the necessary sacrifices to ensure the long-term survival of the human race.
 

Background: Austen comes from an influential family; his father was once the vice president and as such, he was deeply involved in politics from a young age. Austen's relationship was very cold, while his mother was completely absent. Due to the flash that pretold the Beginning, Austens was involved in a serious car crash that left his left leg wounded and caused a slight but lifelong limp.
After the Beginning, Austen worked tirelessly with the government and the military to try and combat the Fears, but as more and more people fell victim all around the world, Austen had to shift his focus to only his city
 

Faction or Alignment: Traya as a whole.

Fear appearance: Austen's fear takes the form of both a swarm of locusts and the stereotypical personification of a grim reaper. The locust swarm sticks together, draped under a black veil, and forms a humanoid shape that wields a scythe made of bone.
